InnovaDerma™ announces appointment of three new Directors on its board
InnovaDerma™ has appointed three new Non-Executive Directors on its board as it becomes an unlisted public company in UK and with its target to list in UK in November 2014.
The board of InnovaDerma™ now comprises of the founder and Executive Chairman Haris Chaudhry along with the new appointees Garry Lemair, Joe Bayer and Rodney Turner.
Mr. Lemair brings 40 years of executive and board level experience having lead and managed some of the largest companies globally including Pepsi Co, Citibank, Diners Card, Courtaulds and Fluor Daniels. He sits on multiple boards of ASX listed companies and also chairs emerging private companies. Mr Lemair is a Fellow of Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mr. Bayer has over 2 decades of executive experience gained in healthcare, pharmacy, consumer products and capital raising areas whilst working globally in senior executive roles for some of the largest consumer and healthcare companies including CSR, Faulding, Mayne Health and Fletchers. He is currently Executive Director of Cygenta Capital & Advisory and Chief Executive Officer for Kain Corporate & Commercial Lawyers. Mr. Bayer is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mr. Turner comes from a strong clinical/ regulatory environment with deep experience in global compliance and technology and has held senior leadership roles with a 23 year career spanning multiple regions globally working with Sandoz, Ventracor, Fresenius-Kabi Australia, Gambro and iNova Pharmaceuticals.
The new board provides significant depth on governance and strategy along with a very impressive talent pool that InnovaDerma™ will need as it charts very intense and highly rewarding course of rapidly expanding its product, distribution and geographical base, its capital raising and listing plans and in its objectives to become one of the most visible and profitable brands within the hair loss and skin care industry globally.
